We’re the Umami Bros – three friends who started experimenting with flavour during the chaos of lockdown 2020. What began as a home kitchen obsession quickly became a mission: to craft a Japanese-style mayo with a British heart.
Finding the right ingredients wasn’t easy. Sourcing during COVID meant delays, dead ends, and a lot of trial and error. But after months of testing and tweaking, we landed on a recipe we loved – rich, smooth, and bursting with umami.
Born from craving, built with care – this is mayo made for flavour fans, by flavour fans.
