We’re proud to announce that The Umami Bros have officially secured a spot as one of the 10 winners of Fortnum & Makers Open Call; a nationwide search for the UK’s most exciting emerging food and drink brands.
Out of over 200 entries, our MSG-free, gluten-free, umami-rich Japanese-style mayonnaise stood out and earned its place in the legendary Fortnum & Mason store. What started as a lockdown idea has grown into an award-winning Japanese mayo that’s now part of the culinary conversation at one of Britain’s most iconic institutions.
